Dr. Knight is a Board Certified Emergency Physician, who has worked at the CarleHealth system since 1990.  He has served in a variety of roles during his time at CarleHealth.  Medical Director of 4 different Emergency Departments, Vice President and President of the Medical Staff, VPMA/CMO of Carle Foundation Hospital, VP/Assoc. Medical Director of Quality Carle Foundation Hospital, Medical Director Hospital Medicine/ Rural Alliance, Medical Director Health Alliance Medical Plans/Rural Alliance Carle Foundation Hospital, Medical Director South Region Emergency Departments, and currently serving in the role of Ex. VP, Chief Medical Officer. He has also served on the Board of the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians and the American Association of Physician Leadership.
