Change Management Academy

In a world where healthcare and the people in it are challenged constantly with the need for change, clinical leaders at any level must be capable of facilitating change as a foundational skill. Becoming adept at leading change—rather than merely fumbling your way through it—will contribute volumes to your ability to create impact, energize engagement, and drive results.

This workshop will work off the basic tenets of the change equation covered in Practical Principles of Change Management and invite participants into a deeper dive focused on practical techniques, key positive nuances and critical pitfalls, and case-based work on the participants’ chosen change challenges. The format of the course is designed to enhance networking and learning with and from other participants.
