Burke helped develop Geisinger’s concept of ProvenExperience, in which the organization guarantees a high level of care and offers a refund of copayments if the patient is not satisfied.
During the webinar, Burke will detail the ProvenExperience model, including standards of care, transparency requirements and the organization’s “3 C’s” (commodity, credibility, communication).
Geisinger, a physician-led health care system based in Danville, Pennsylvania, includes 12 hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
