The award-winning Physician Leadership Journal added another national honor to its legacy, taking a Bronze Award for best single issue in 2018 judging by the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors.
The Journal, a publication of the American Association for Physician Leadership, was awarded for its November/December 2017 issue, in which its cover story looked at cybersecurity within health care organizations.
That issue was the first produced after the magazine’s major redesign and reorganization of content.
ASHPE is the country’s leading association for health care media. For nearly 20 years, the society has recognized excellence in the health care publishing industry. The competition is open to all U.S.-based health care publications.
