AAPL is seeking members to help assist with several on-site volunteer opportunities during the 2024 Annual Leadership Conference, April 12-14, 2024, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center in Nashville, TN. The conference will feature a variety of general sessions with keynote speakers, concurrent sessions with multiple tracks, networking group discussions, and more. Gain valuable experience and meet your peers by volunteering at this year’s conference.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Orientation welcome – Welcome attendees before the opening general session. = 10 min

• General session question seeders – Attend the general sessions and engage speakers and presenters through a series of questions provided by AAPL. = 1hr

• Session monitors, speaker introducers – Provide a brief introduction of session speakers and act as room monitor to ensure everything is running smoothly. =1hr

• Way finders – Direct attendees looking for session rooms via the program agenda and the event app. = 15min

• CPE table volunteer – Assist AAPL staff by helping answer questions from attendees about the CPE credential during breaks in the conference. = 15min

• Membership table volunteer – Assist AAPL staff by helping answer questions from attendees about AAPL membership during breaks in the conference. = 15 min
